I omit the orange extract and the rice wine, and use orange juice instead of water in the orange sauce.
The broccoli salad can be easily made by boiling a bag of frozen broccoli (or you can use fresh) and then combining it with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
